Responsibility
Fam4Fam operates the Fam4Fam website and app purely as a matching and settlement platform following a marketplace model. The platform connects families and supports the organisation and settlement of childcare agreed directly between them.
Fam4Fam is not an employer and not a childcare institution and does not provide childcare itself. The childcare agreement is concluded exclusively and directly between the families involved. The contractual relationship for using the platform remains separate.
Families check the cantonal notification and authorisation requirements applicable to their childcare, in particular under the Foster Care Ordinance (PAVO), and, where applicable, requirements of the Recruitment Act (AVG). For childcare allowances paid in money, including cash, social insurance and taxes are to be clarified on their own responsibility. Describing it as an expense allowance between families does not create an automatic exemption. Fam4Fam’s own mandatory obligations remain unaffected.

Fam4Fam strives to provide correct, complete and up-to-date information on the website and in the app.
